Vitor Correia
Vitor brings 17+ years of General Management, Business Development and Board-level leadership across Engineering and Technology, spanning Aerospace & Defence, Aviation, Automotive, Airports, Homeland Security, Construction, Industrial Manufacturing, Telecommunications and high-end Technology. He has worked in 25+ countries across North America, South America and Europe with Fortune 500 companies including BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman, completing the European Future Leaders Programme.
He has held General Manager, CEO and Sole Director roles at medium-sized and special-situation companies, with a strong record in turnaround, restructuring and transformation, leading post-acquisition integration and growth recovery within 18 months. Recent work includes confidential restructuring and asset-preservation mandates with international funds, advisers and regulators across Portugal, the UK and the USA.
Vitor holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering, a General Management diploma, a Post-Graduate degree in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge Judge Business School, and an IBM Professional Certificate in Data Science. He has built his career across Portugal, the Netherlands and the UK.
Dário Sousa
Dário brings 20+ years in finance, investment, governance and transformation, spanning audit, banking, advisory and senior oversight roles across Portugal and Angola, with earlier roles at Mazars, Deloitte and a medium-size bank.
He currently serves as President of the Supervisory Board of a medium-size bank, plus supervisory board seats at a publicly listed company and a capital-markets investors' association, and an ongoing role as Compliance & Risk Management Consultant to an investment firm. He also led a c. €7m real estate project, gaining direct principal-side experience from opportunity identification and financing through to exit.
In these roles he built a strong skillset in control systems, auditing, compliance, AML model design, operational risk, IFRS and transformation.
Dário holds an MSc in Management and MBA from the Lisbon MBA, Católica|Nova, with MIT Sloan.
